These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of PilotRoutine, provided by LEONE DE SOUZA - ME (“we”, “us”, or “Provider”), Brazilian tax ID (CNPJ) 45.836.753/0001-70, headquartered in Leme, São Paulo, Brazil.

By creating an account, accessing, or using PilotRoutine (web, mobile, desktop, or other interfaces), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

PilotRoutine is a digital assistant for nutrition and daily tasks. Features may include routine and backlog organization, meal planning, pantry, calendar, alerts, and artificial intelligence (AI) features such as recipe suggestions and automated nutritional guidance.

We may evolve, change, suspend, or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, with notice when reasonably practicable.

2. Eligibility and account

2.1. Registration is available to natural persons. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. We do not offer corporate or shared family accounts in this version.

2.2. Users under 18 may use the service only with the consent and supervision of a legal guardian. Guardians are responsible for the minor’s use.

2.3. You may sign up with email and password or via Google. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

2.4. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

2.5. We may suspend, limit, or delete accounts for breach of these Terms, abuse, fraud, security risk, misuse of credits/AI, or legal requirements.

3. AI credits and payments

3.1. Basic use of PilotRoutine is free. Upon registration you receive 20 AI credits. When the balance runs out, you may purchase additional credits as offered in the product.

3.2. There is no recurring subscription in this version. Credit purchases are one-off.

3.3. Purchased credits are non-transferable between accounts and, except where required by law (including applicable consumer withdrawal rights), are non-refundable after consumption or availability.

3.4. Prices, payment methods, and purchase terms will be shown at checkout.

4. User content and intellectual property

4.1. You may create content in the service (e.g., menus, recipes, tasks, and notes).

4.2. By submitting or creating content in PilotRoutine, you represent that you have the right to do so and assign to the Provider, free of charge, irrevocably, and for the longest term allowed by law, the economic rights needed to operate, improve, promote, and evolve the service. You do not hold exclusive rights in content processed or generated on the platform against the Provider.

4.3. PilotRoutine, its trademarks, layout, code, databases, AI models, and other elements belong to the Provider or its licensors. Copying, reverse engineering, scraping, bulk data extraction, or unauthorized commercial exploitation is prohibited.

5. Artificial intelligence and health — important notice

5.1. AI features and nutritional or routine guidance are automated suggestions for informational purposes only. They are not medical, nutritional, psychological, or professional advice and do not replace care from a physician, dietitian, or other licensed professional.

5.2. Before changing diet, health routines, or treatment, consult a professional. In an emergency, seek medical care immediately.

5.3. We do not guarantee results (weight loss, performance, habit adherence, or any other outcome).

6. Prohibited conduct

You must not, among other things:

  • use the service for unlawful purposes or to infringe third-party rights;
  • send spam, malware, or offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content;
  • attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data;
  • scrape, mine, or reverse engineer the service;
  • resell, rent, or share your account;
  • defraud the credit system or abuse APIs/AI;
  • impersonate others or provide material false information.

7. Availability and limitation of liability

7.1. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We use reasonable efforts for availability and security, without guaranteeing uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7.2. To the fullest extent permitted by Brazilian law, the Provider is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, or decisions based on app/AI suggestions, except for willful misconduct, gross negligence, or non-waivable consumer rights.

8. Privacy and communications

Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy and Brazil’s LGPD. We may send operational messages (e.g., account security). Marketing emails require an appropriate legal basis and, when required, your consent, with an unsubscribe option.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be published with its date. For material changes, we will provide notice and require renewed acceptance to continue using the service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion through the indicated channels. We may terminate or suspend access under section 2.5. Provisions that by nature should survive (IP, liability limits, venue) will remain in effect.

11. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of Leme, São Paulo shall have jurisdiction, waiving any other venue, without prejudice to mandatory consumer venues where applicable.
